• If the item comes into contact with water, gently dab it dry with a soft, absorbent cloth that does not pill.
• Protect the item from dampness, prolonged exposure to artificial or natural light, and intense heat.

Nettoyage et entretien

• Do not wash the item in a washing machine or use any mechanical cleaning methods.
• Clean <tc>Goyard</tc>ine and leather surfaces with a soft, non-pilling cloth. Move the cloth gently over the item, avoiding vigorous or repetitive rubbing that may damage the design or leather.
• Never use solvents or commercial cleaning products.
• For deep cleaning or reconditioning, have the item regularly serviced by our craftsmen.

Stockage

• When not in use, store the item in its case, away from light, heat, and dampness.
• Avoid using plastic for storage.
